Registrations and Authorisations
I am fully insured for counselling work. I hold Public Liability Insurance with Holistic Insurance Services No: HIS67679.
I am a Registered and Accredited Member of the NCPS adhering to their ethical guidelines for good practice. My qualifications have been checked and verified by this professional body.
I attend regular supervision and personal therapy to ensure I work in an ethical and professional manner whilst continuing personal and professional development.
Please enquire for counselling for under 16’s as parental consent is required; I hold a current enhanced DBS Certificate and all appropriate insurances.
Sessions can be paid for individual or via a block booking. Payment is to be received within 24 hours of the session taking place via online bank transfer. Please note that the initial consultation is charged at the regular session fee.
Terms of Service
Cancellation When you make an appointment, that time will be reserved for you therefore if you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice. The session will still be charged if 48 hours notice is not given.
Confidentiality Information disclosed within the sessions is confidential. Records and information shared within the sessions will not be disclosed to any third party. Information will only be shared to relevant authorities during exceptional circumstances, for example, where I am legally required to do so, where I believe you or someone else is at risk of harm. In accordance with the GDPR regulations and my insurance regulations, personal details and session records will be held for 5 years after the end of therapy and then destroyed. My service is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Data Security I take the security of your data seriously. All devices are passcode protected and records are anonymised as much as possible.
